my brother & i, both SPR fm malaysia. we are working in s'pore. now renting a 3 rm hdb flat from the owner. we wish to purchase a hdb flat together under sibling scheme, is it possible! our combined salaries is arnd $8000. our parents had already passed away. any way?

Hi Ko-Ko Chiew,

Yes, both of you can buy under the Public Scheme. However, as both of are PR, you can only take bank loan and not eligible for any grant.

To begin, I suggest that you approach any bank to get a loan in principle. From there, you will be able to set a budget for your ideal home based the maximum loan amount, CPF available and cash in hand.
