Dear owner,

It is only 3 weeks since your unit is on the market, I have heard of incidents that units in the market for 3 months without any offers.

What are the likely reasons?
1) Unrealistic price
2) Bad location
3) Agent not pushing hard enough
4) You have read in some fliers of property agents saying property sold in 1 Day therefore wondering how come after 3 weeks there is still no offer?

The list goes on and on. Did you communicate with your agent on what has been going on?

If you think your agent is not up to your expectations, perhaps you should communicate with him/her on what your expectations are and hear him/her out on the ground sentiments.

If you are not satisfied with the explanations, then perhaps you can start looking for another agent to market your unit.
