2) It is the agents' responsibility to assist you to find the available unit rather than asking you to do it yourself.
3) He should conduct a financial analysis with you to assist you to determine a reasonable budget to start with.
4) Based on budget, identify the type of flats and recommend possible estates.
5) Find the listing that is available in the area for you to shortlist the desired unit for a physical visit.
6) In view of current phase 2, if possible arrange for a virtual viewing so as to minimize physical contact.
