My aged parents currently BOTH not working, with some CPF would like to get a resale Jumbo HDB. I figure they would have problem getting bank finance since both have no income. Can I be the one servicing the loans for them, assuming I took up 60% loan? (currently I have existing prv bank loan on my HDB)
