bank will loan $159k for private property purchase and $79k for hdb purchase.

As your loan is not substantial, I feel you will need to have sufficient CPF OA funds and cash on hand.

Hi Mr. Tan,

HDB flat is using MSR to calculate your bank loan amount which is $79k, property price that can buy is $99k. Max. loan tenure of 14 years.

Private property is using TDSR to calculate which is
$159k, property that can be purchase is $198k.
Estimated Cash/CPF needed is $39k, loan tenure of 14 years.
