Dear sir/madam,

Your valuation report has expired therefore you may proceed to put up a new valuation request. If you fulfill the criteria to apply to purchase a new flat under SBF, you can proceed, however, it will be tricky if you have managed to sell your place but your SBF application is not successful.

I need to know more about what your plans are and in order to advise better.
