My 1st home is a 4 room resale flat bought with $30K CPF Grant and loan from HDB. Sold it and upgrade to a 5 room Resale flat without paying levy and also using HDB loan now. Can I qualify to apply for a new BTO flat from HDB?

Afternoon Azman,

You are eligible for BTO but using bank loan. You will be classified as second timer for this run of selection.
