My 1st 4 room hdb flat has a $154000 balance loan from a bank, and i am looking for a 3 room flat,pls advice.My wife isnt working and usually my monthly loan is top up with cash.

Hi Novice,

Since you are paying up your monthly loan with cash, i assume that you have not really used up much CPF. If thats the case, you can estimate your cash proceeds by taking your selling price of your 4 room flat and deducting the 154000 balance from bank. That would be the estimated price range you have for your 3 room flat.
