Hi,

The answer is 'Yes'. As long as there is a SC in the formular, it is consider a "family" under the eye of HDB.

You may use "Public Scheme" to apply for the purchase once your spouse gets SC status.

Your spouse will need the following before proceed for the purchase:
(1) Paper ID, this is available after ambassador & ICA appointment. You will receive this ID during ICA appointment.
(2) SC Passport, only receive 2 weeks after ICA appointment.
