Hi Minnie,

Did you take up a HDB loan or bank loan for your purchase? In addition, did you receive any housing grant? You may wish to check with HDB on the MOP requirements for your unit as previously there are different requirements.

Evening Minnie,

You have stayed in your current unit for 2.5 years. Did you purchase this unit from resale market? Did you use a HDB loan or Bank Loan? Did you utilize the HDB grant?

This few factors can affect your MOP period. If you purchase the unit from resale market, without grant, with Bank loan, your MOP is only 1 year.
