Missed out on parc riviera launch. Wouldn’t wanna miss on Twin Vew launch. May I know when will the official launch be out?

May I know what’s the payment timeline like for a newly launch condo?
Let’s say I’m interested in getting a one bedder for my own stay, what will be the payment timeline like from the official launch. Roughly around how much should I prepare?

Hi,

The indicative timeline is to launch by 1st Quarter 2018, most likely end March. Typical breakdown for SC 1st property as follows (% of purchase price):

5% cash (booking fee, Due in Week 1)
15% CPF OA (Due latest Week 8)
80% Max Bank Loan (Progress payments, should start in 6 - 9 months after OTP exercised)
Approx 3% Buyer Stamp Duties (if purchase $1m & below), (Due around Week 3 - 5)
Legal Fees Approx 2.5k

There is no indicative pricing yet. ERA is the appointed agency for this project and I be happy to share further over email/phone. Please get in touch if you would like to be updated with latest availability and pricing details.
