Me & my wife are SPR, then we have few property at Johor bahru, so i am thinking how i can purchase HDB. If we open an company in malaysia and move all the ownership to under that company, then can we buy HDB in singapore ?

Hi Leonard, As long as you dispose off your interest in private properties be in Singapore or overseas within 6 months from completion date, you will be able to purchase a resale HDB. But do take note that both of you must fulfill PR status of 3 years each respectively before both are eligible to purchase resale HDB together. Hope it helps! Cheers!
