Asked by
Me and my wife are planning to buy a HDB in SG. 1 SC (just converted) and 1 SPR. I have a Malaysia residential property joint name with my father, and the house is not for investment purpose. Currently, we are in the midst of selling the Malaysia property. Understood that we require to wait for 30 months after selling our Malaysia property in order to get the HDB grant. Are there any possibility for us to appeal? Both of us are first time home buyer in Singapore. Thanks in advance.

You can appeal but still it is subject to approval on a case by case basis. No harm putting up the appeal. Read More
