Hi Sir,

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for BTO or Sales of Balance flats. You will need to be Singapore Citizen to do that.

Alternatively, you will be able to purchase a HDB resale flat if both you and your wife has been PR for more than 3 years.

If either of you is not PR for 3 years or more, you will have to look into private properties.
