Me and my sister are PR and we buy a 3 room hdb flat 2 years ago. Currently, the renewal PR of my sister has been rejected. Can we replace the owners name of my sister to my brother who is also PR with no holding any property.

Morning,

You are the last few batches of PR who are eligible for sibling scheme which is currently unavailable. Since your sister failed to get her PR renewed, your holding status for the HDB unit have changed. It's likely that HDB will require you to sell the property either into the open market or back to HDB. Alternatively, you can try to go down to HDB Hub and check it out on the possibility of an appeal.
