Me and my parent own a 5room flat at woodlands, but they divorce, so my father stayed at my young brothers' family in a 3room flat. Recently they had a second child and now the room is very small for 5 people. I was wondering if i can sort of make a change of ownership where I stay with my father in the 3room flat. While my brother's family of 4 to stay with my mother in the 5 room flat.
