Basically the straight answer to your question is yes, you can purchase a private property while keeping your HDB as your husband is a Singapore Citizen.

Do take note that there will be an ABSD of 10% for your purchase. And if your current HDB flat is still under loan, you can loan up to a max of 50% for your private purchase.

Your family may keep your hdb and buy a private property .

7% additional buyer stamp duty ABSD payable if your sporean spouse buy a private property while keeping the hdb .

10% ABSD payable if P R buy private property while keeping the hdb .
