Me and my husband co-own a 5I HDB flat, is it posible he can withdraw his name from ownership and I remain sole owner. I'm a Singaporean and he is a PR. Thanks for answering!

Evening RS,

I'm afriad the answer is a flat NO. Being married, the government recongise both of you as one entity. That's till something else happened.
