Hi,

Sorry you can’t and in your case, you would be required to dispose off your overseas property first and then to wait out for a period of 15 months, then and only will you and your spouse be eligible for a resale HDB flat.

2 Criteria you need to meet. 1) dispose of your overseas property and wait for 15 months and 2) meet the 3 years time bar as SPR.

Sorry to inform you that you need to dispose off your overseas property first and observe 15 moths waiting period before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB (Inclusive of being SPR for 3 years individually).

Base on existing regulations, it is not possible, but you should try appealing to see if HDB allows you on an exception basis.
