Me and my future husband are uni undergrad. We will like to opt for hdb resale price in woodlnds pricing about $350k below. We opt for hdb resale cause the sqft is bigger than bto. whats ur say?

Good evening,

Yup it's pretty true that older flats are bigger in size than BTOs but do bear in mind that BTOs are normally cheaper than resale HDBs. It's only the time factor that always put most people off.
