Me and my fiance are getting married on the 23rd December 2017. We are looking for a resale flat. I understand that if we take up the housing grant, we need to produce our marriage cert before the completion date. Is there a way that we can produce one after the completion date? Or like within 3 months since we definitely have to take up the housing grants.
