Me and my ex already paid down payment to bto, TOP Q2 2027. Got the bto using proximity scheme. The bto is close to my ex mother house.
Can I takeover her share, with my mother (age 70, currently has her own hdb)? She has to sell her old hdb within 6 months of key collection to the new bto?
When I am serving the loan and MOP at this bto, can I get married? I assume yes, and if my future wife also has a bto and key collection while I’m still serving MOP, how? Say 4th year of MOP then my future wife gets to collect key to her bto.
For the bto with my mum, after I get married, I should give up my first bto and ownership change to the new bto with my future wife right?
