Hi, it can be done as long as you guys are both not married and Singaporean. Both of you can apply under the singles scheme. It will be the same as when you first bought the 4room flat. Apply for HFE, and see the loan amount you can get, since it is your second purchase there won't be any grant but there will be a HDB loan available ( best reflected when you apply for HFE)
The cash needed per HDB will be
Valuation Fee $120
Resale Application Fee $80
Lawyer Fees $2,000 (estimate)
Agent Commission 1% of purchase price (if any)

    Under hfe check show I am eligible for hdb loan. As my income more than 7k. I am applying with my sibling. And I called hdb they not sure too?? Whether its combine or individual income

    Hi, yes the combined income cannot be more than 14k, so instead of buying two separate hdb unit, you plan to stick to one unit ? That might be subject to combine income instead of single income of 7k. The best way to ensure that you can get a HDB loan is just to apply for a HFE, which will clearly show you whether you can get a HDB Loan, even the amount eligible as well. I have just met a case of two siblings buying together, one of the sibling is above 7k, but managed to get a HDB Loan when making joint application.

    Hi, for joint singles schemes, the income ceiling is computed individually as well, which is capped at 7k in order to get a HDB housing loan, the alternative you can consider is to get a loan from an financial institution. If there's any other queries,feel free to ask

If both of you are Singaporean Singles and above 35 years old, yes this is possible.
