Maybe i know what will happen if i forfeit my BTO after paying the first 5%? what will happen to all the housing grant that i already received? how do i pay them back? Because i heard from my friend that if I got a BTO flat i couldn't buy a condo before the MOP which i wanted to get one at Sengkang . Please advice~
