Only CPF monies used for the HDB will be refunded into your CPF account including accrued interest, therefore if your RA has not met the minimum sum, any monies returning to your CPF account from the sale will then be moved into your RA. If you are intending to use these funds for your next home purchase, you will need to get the approval of CPF before you make any home purchase or sale. Read More

Hi,

The CPF utilized + accrued interest you have used for the property will be refunded to your individual CPF OA account upon the sale.

If the full retirement sum is not met, the CPF refunded will go towards topping up to meet the FRS.

If you have intention to use the refunded CPF OA for housing again, suggest to write in to appeal to apply first before making any next move.
