May I know what is the differences between HDB loan and Bank loan? Which bank has no penalty when come to capital redemption? Thanks

Bank & Hdb loan (Cpf) : all banks in singapore interest rates are all not same maybe diff in 0.02% or 0.03% , they have many packages in the in bank depend on which package login to , in facts all bank have penalty for capital redemption , HDB loan is lock in at 2.6% net , which HBD are you intending to buy , may I help in your buying .
