May I know that is it possible Singapore PR to pay 10% of the down payment, and loan 90% with higher interest rate from the bank? Anyone can help me out this question?

Hi,Its possible to get 90% loan.Actually its not just DBS bank,in fact DBS 90% loan interest rate is above 4%.Which is pretty high,I Hv banks that can work on 90% around 2.5% interest,pls call me for discussion.
