May I know how much can I sell my 5rm flat Blk 258C #15,Compassvale Road? What's the valuation and COV for similar units transacted? Is $650k alright? Thanks.

Morning,

The estimated valuation for a unit in your area is around $500k to $520k. Depending on your renovation condition and facing, I can fetch at cash asking of not more than $55k.
Hence, at your asking price of $650k, it would be quite tough to get a buyer would will pay $100k plus COV.
