Hi,
For Trivelis DBSS, I'm afraid it's a no for PR households, as you require at least 1 citizen & a family nucleus (married couple) to apply new DBSS. Furthermore, the Chinese ratio quota has already been met.
You might wish to consider resale HDB or other private condo projects. But please note that for resale HDB, you need a legally married SPR couple who have both held SPR status for at least 3 years or more before you can apply.
