Hi,

Single SPR cannot buy resale HDB, only married SPR households with 3 year SPR status can buy. You be eligible to purchase private condo with no restrictions.

Single SPR are not eligible to purchase HDB unit unless they are married to SC or another SPR who have been holding the status for more than 3 years.
However, you will be eligible for condo instead.

Dear buyer,

You need to have a family nucleus in order to buy a resale HDB and you must have obtained your PR status for 3 years before you can buy HDB. Hence you cannot buy HDB resale now.

With your income, you can well consider a private property with no eligibility requirements & less restrictions as well.

You can however look into private condo, where there is no restriction on PR or foreign ownership.
