Looking to purchase my 1st condominium (2-3 bedroom unit) with the option for future investment. Which area/ district would be most profitable for an investment and at the same time convenient for a long lasting comfortable place stay.

If pricing is not the primary concern, you can consider district 10 where the top schools are and the well heeled are inclined to stay at. Core central region address is always in demand and overall prices have come down quite a fair bit since the last peak.
