With right positioning of your unit, I do not foresee any issues in meeting the timeline. I have managed to sell a HDB unit in 1 month which was under harassment due to unlicensed money lender, where the main door was burnt and paint was splashed at the unit, and we did not do any rectification to the burnt door and paint while marketing the unit. I have also managed to sell a condo unit within 4 days from listing the property and I attribute all these to positioning of the property for sale correctly to attract the right purchasers.

Unless there are specific objections to the property, which we can study in details on how to minimise or overcome such objections, I am very confident of selling the HDB and meeting your timeline.
