Looking for jumbo flat. Not really particular with location. What is a fair value for cov for jumbo now, assuming poor/original condition

Morning,

The normal asking COV is nearly equal to the combined COV of two different unit. That's to say if 2 sets of 3 room flat with COV of $30k each. the estimated COV will be $60k. However, it's also dependent on the estate, condition, availability of such unit, level and facing of the unit.
