Hi Guz,

That is an ideal buy, with a 4% rental yield immediately at point of completion.

I'd say it'll be a great challenge to meet your description, given the prices for units in Central Singapore. I'd advise you to take a single step forward in identifying a suitable unit where rental demand is good and arrange with owner to open up slots for tenants' viewing after you have exercised the OTP.

In addition, number of 2 bedroom units available in the central are few and far between with your given budget, and size of unit may not be ideal or appealing to mass market. Why not turn your attention to units in the east, say D15/16, where it has been in great demand and you are able to get a decent size unit.
