Looking for a 2 bedroom apartment for short term stay..abt 3 to 4 months..might be longer but not confirmed yet..looking to stay in early august..before hari raya. However budget only 2.5k..are there any landlords with avail units? Thanks.

Based on URA regulations, the minimum lease term is for 6 months. Hence it is not legal for property owner/landlord to rent to you for 3-4 months. You can rent for 6 months minimum.

Your alternative is to choose to rent a service apartment.
