Would you as a seller, prefer a salesperson who charge low commission and market your unit at low selling price or market your unit at good price but pay a higher comm?

Dear seller,

Do you think it will be more encouraging for the appointed salesperson to hit a better pricing for you if you were to pay more commission as the difference could be in tens of thousands for you as a seller.

We can work out a tiered scheme which is straightforward and easy to understand and not lead to ambiguity in future. If we can work out something, do contact me further.
