May I know you will be purchasing it as a single or with your spouse?
If you have purchased a BTO or resale HDB with grant before, you will not be eligible for any housing grant other than proximity housing grant unless you opt to or have paid resale levy based on your previous HDB.
If you are purchasing as a family, you can enjoy a $20k grant.
If you are purchasing as single, your parents must be staying with you in order for you to enjoy $10k grant.
