Like to ask , if i bought a flat from BTO last year, will i able to buy any private housing property at singapore or oversea? or i need wait at least 5 years of my new flat to able to get one more private property?

Morning Jack,

If you remember clearly, during the time when you sign the documents at HDB, prior to taking over your unit, it's stated that you have to fulfill the MOP, before you can choose to sell or purchase a second property, either locally or overseas.
