Let me know is that SPR of singapore can buy landed properties at Singapore

Hi,
SPR cannot purchase landed properties in Singapore , they will require in-principal approval from SLA LDAU before they can purchase.

Hi,
As mentioned by Ivan, SPR has to get IPA from SLA LDAU to purchase landed properties, regardless of the tenure type.
In order to get that you have to prove your contribution to Singapore's economy, technology, or other major contributions. An example is James Dyson who set up his R&D, and manufacturing facilities in Singapore, employing more than 100 local and foreign talents.
I would like to highlight here, as an SPR, you are also not eligible to purchase that landed property inside a condominium project unless you received approval from SLA.
You may attempt to apply for SLA approval if you have a similar contribution like James Dyson.

Approval is required from Lands Dealing Approval Unit for Permanent Residents to purchase a landed home in Singapore. There is a scheme which allows for foreigners to purchase landed homes in Sentosa island.
