Last year, I was not inform by my house agent that I need to keep half of my sales proceeds after selling my matrimonial house due to divorce. I paid all debts and spent the rest of the money to purchase stuff for my rental flat for me and my kids. Now me and fiance planning to buy a resale house. Can i appeal of deducting all my cpf only instead of cash from my sales proceeds? I just feel like it's not fair for my fiance since it's his first time trying to purchase a house.

You can appeal but that doesn't mean your appeal will be successful too, but whichever the case, I will definitely encourage you to submit an appeal, since if you do not appeal, there is no chance for the waiver to happen. I always encourage my clients to appeal even if the probability is low, because low chance is definitely better than no chance.
