Hi,

1) You didn't mention what type of HDB flat you intend to purchase.
2) If you apply for BTO/SBF, your grant available for single is only EHG; maximum of $40,000 for a 2-rm flat in a suburban area.

3) If you are referring to a resale flat, you may get up to a maximum of $80k:
