Just sold my 4 room unit and looking for a 3 room HDB unit type near Central / North East part of Singapore. (no need loan): Between SGD$260K to SGD$20K Max facing WEST

Morning Louis, As per current market, valuation at $260k are mostly 2 room flat. For 3 room flat, the valuation is at least $300k up. Units within the central area will set you off with purchase price of around $340k. FYI Mike Lim 96929209 m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More

Thanks for the kind information. I am looking for those 2 rooms upgraded to 3 rooms type (2 rooms modified) when possible. Standard 3 room is still an option for me as understood average valuation is around 300K but I am still trying to look to negotiate lower (280K to 290K) as I no need to take any loan then. Thanks.
