    Thanks for the kind information. I am looking for those 2 rooms upgraded to 3 rooms type (2 rooms modified) when possible. Standard 3 room is still an option for me as understood average valuation is around 300K but I am still trying to look to negotiate lower (280K to 290K) as I no need to take any loan then. Thanks.
