Hi,

Under "Non-Citizen Family Scheme", the Singapore Citizen who submit the application shall be the sole owner.

(1) Buyer no requirement to pay for ABSD if this is the only property he had.
(2) The grants available are for NCFS:
(a) Singles Grant
(b) AHG (Singles)
