Dear sir/madam, 1st, to answer your question, you will need to reapply for valuation once the existing valuation report expires and my understanding is that you are unable to sell back to HDB. Why do you need to move out within 3 months and what are the consequences if you are unable to sell within the 3 months. Perhaps you may also wish to advise how long has your property been in the market for your reaction? In today's market, it is quite sad to say that marketing efforts on newspapers and propertyguru maybe insufficient to reach out to prospective buyers, especially so if your property is not in the prime location, as well as your asking price could be at a premium as compared to your competing units for sale. Question is if your appointed salesperson is on an exclusive basis? Evening, Valuation report is only valid for 3 months. There are a few possible factors that's causing the current situation. 1) Is there any ethnic or SPR restriction on your block? 2) Is your unit located at very remote location? 3) Is your asking price too high? 4) Are there a lot of similar unit currently on sales? 5) Is your salesperson open to cobroke? Dear Sir/Mdm, I am truly sorry to hear what you are going through but to be very honest with you, you are not the only one facing the problem. I have just sold off an unit for my seller and it only took me one day to sell the place.
