I've bought a 4R flat at AMK, 3 years ago. Have not reached the 5 years min. occupancy period. But am planning to get marreid next year., and my husband to be already own a flat with his mum. Can I still sell my flat?

Hi Katherine

You can only sell off your HDB unit when it reaches the MOP period. And HDB will not entertain any appeal most of the time as long as the MOP is not met.

Morning Katherine,

If you have purchased the unit before 29 Aug 2010, you are already eligible to sell your unit, if you did not apply for housing grant. So it would be good to check things out before you decide.
