I've 60% shares of the current hdb flat (I'm SG citizen), 40% shares owned by my sister (PR). Currently stay together with my wife(PR), my mum & sister, but there are lots of conflicts in the family and I wish to sell the hdb flat. If sister refuse to sell, what are my alternative options to get rid of this hdb flat co-ownership with her?

Evening Kim Hock,

I'm afraid to say that as your sister is co-owner of your current unit, she must approved the sales prior to moving forward. As your sister is SPR, there's also no way that she can purchase the unit over from you, unless your mother is SC.
