For PR family, meaning husband + wife both PR, or parent PR + Child PR, it is possible to purchase HDB

the following PRs are not eligible: two non-related PR. brothers/sisters PR, single PR

Afternoon Daisy,

In the context of Singapore HDB purchase, racial ethnic group and PR quota plays a major role in deciding who are the possible buyers. Hence, there are definitely restriction for PR, if there are too many PR owners residing within the particular block. You can check out such details via the HDB website.
