Is Watertown overpriced? their 2 bedroom 2 bath 915sqft facing LRT track is asking about $1.4m to $1.5m is this a safe buy? Or overpay for this unit? Other than A Treasure Trove, are there better new condo units in punggol near Mrt and more value for money?

Dear Buyer,
Actually, if you qualify to buy an EC you should buy Piermont Grand. You can really buy a bigger unit for a cheaper price - 4 bed (1356sf) for $1.489m. TOP in 2023. Otherwise, you can consider the following:-
a. Ecopolitan
b. Twin Waterfalls
c. Prive
d. Parc Centros

The closest to the MRT are A Treasure Trove and Parc Centros. There are plenty of choices to save a lot of monies. Please call me at your earliest convenience so that I can share with you the best deal amongst all that. You will be surprised by what you hear.

Entry price for Watertown is higher than a number of projects in the vicinity, thus, resale prices are also pegged higher than others. There is of course other choices available in Punggol at lower entry price, which is likely going to be further away from the MRT, however, I'd like to ask, why are you only considering Punggol? If there are other projects that offers you better value in other locations, will it be something within your considerations?

Alternatively if you are only looking within Punggol, then there are other factors to consider too.
