Is there any way of protecting the seller. I am caught in a situation twice. My buyers decided to opt out of the sales deal after the 2 weeks time frame. I feel that this is very unfair to the seller who has to pass up on any other serious buyers within the waiting 2 weeks time frame. Any comments. Thanks.
