Is there any tax of 16% from iras implement for hdb flat selling after the transfer of 100% share to same ownership on divorce case, who already lived in the premises for more than 10 years?

Morning Steven,

The MOP will be calculated from the date of ownership transfer. If the ownership date start from 14 Jan 2011, you will be required to pay Seller Stamp duty upon sales. This is however subjected to HDB approval for sales.
